thnaks for all the feed back and yes,there will be a house warming party. im planning on installing a lift in the garage. once thats installed i was thinking about a house warming/oil change party.

well i pretty much paid cash for the house. left a 100k balance so i would have something to write off for a couple years. so were money is important i deserve nice stuff.
