My friend Ave had the same problem with his passenger side taillight, our friend Daios check all the wiring and everything looked good, but still didn't work, so he just got a new harness and it works fine now
Ps-06/07 harness works too.

my problem was that my passenger brake light wouldnt light up when i press the brakes, only the driver side lit up.

as what wagontale said, i used an 06 tail light harness and worked out fine.

hope you get everything working.

try swapping the passenger harness with the driver side. if the bulbs dont work then it could be the harness which is what happend in my case.
