you will get a ticket for being around or in your car under the influence (sp? dont care) if you keys are on YOU! so just hide them and your ok

there is a lifetime membership that i believe is now in the area of $1,800. Your basically set for life as far as minor moving violatoins go when it comes to getting pulled over by the CHP. also, the older you get and the nicer the car is, the more you can get away with. i know alot of ferrari and porshce owners that have the membership and swear by it. it is considered a tax deductable donation so if you have a good CPA they can work something out.
