retune of a tune or tune of a stock tune?

that was a retune of a tune. the previous tune had everything except my jdm v7 top mount and the gruppes headers. however, my torque was low to begin with, as I was only able to put down roughly 215wtq =(

I have heard good things about the Maddad headers too. They use a smaller uppipe diameter that is supposed to help maintain spool.

I am currently trying to decide whether to use the P'n'P + coated stockers that are showing soon from Crucial, or to sell them and go with a Maddad header. It really depends how much I would lose on the P'n'P stockers.

Read these:

That should get you started.

I've seen good gains from the Maddad headers, but I would highly recommend coating them to retain consistant spool characteristics. The do change the sound of the car, but pretty much any header will.

I had a Gruppe-s V2 header, I didn't care for the sound. I went back to P&P stock manifold, and Injen Crossover. I really like the boxer sound.

That's what I am doing, stock ported and Injen crossover. That's the way to go.
