Handicap Parking Ticket?

For three years I worked with retarded and handicapped people. I was a live in RA for a while in the home too. When you have 1 - 4 handicapped people to manage by yourself it kind of steams your beans when you can't park in a handicap spot because someone was there illegally. Made things very difficult.
When possible with the staff car, even though I had the proper tags, I would not park in those spots with the higher functioning clients.

It all really comes down to the simple truth: even if you don't care about the handicapped at all and will not be curteous; things come with instructions, and so do cities, so either learn to follow directions or get a whole mess of tickets.
With that said. i think this thread should die, it went from a "is it possible to get it fixed?" question to us coming down on this person's mother about how ****ed up it is to park in handicapped spots.
