He is a dancer

The guys name is Elsewhere. And his style of liquid is basically that, it's ELSEWHERE. A very free form unique style. Liquid really evolved out of pop-locking (bugaloo) which was done back in the 80's as a subset of break. But there has been a LOT added to it and a lot of innovation has come out of the dance community. If you want to check out some videos of some decent stuff, besides elsewheres (which is good) check out http://www.liquidpopcollective.net/clips/ -- some ok stuff although not their best.
