Ha ha, there is no legal way to get around the system unless you want to be charged with a felony for selling it without doing it the right way

PPT (private party transfers) is the ONLY LEGAL way for one person NOT RELATED to another to transfer a firearm.
it costs $25 ONLY from an FFL. so dont pay more than that. kalifornia has set that price.
you still have to wait ten 24-hour periods.
so this is not a way to get around the "system".
also, make sure the FFL wont charge you tax. after all, the seller supposedly paid tax for the firearm already.
btw BIG 5 will do a PPT...
btw #2, the buyer will still need to fill out the standard 4473 form, and go through the background check also.

That's $35 not $25.
