Did anyone notice that this car, according to the window sticker, has four valves? Dood no wonder it's making only 150 HP...

haha they should have made it clear the car has 16 valves total....or at least stated that there are 4 valves per cylinder.

BTW that car is a P.O.S. and it's only a short matter of time before those cars are recalled after all the owners blow the engines up with nitrous. Cause you know Ford fans don't know how to hook up nitrous right :banana:

seems like saleen made a mistake, 2.3 liter 4 valve only making 150 horses. With n20 making 227. They should have put a supercharger or turbocharger on the car instead. or made it a v8. saleen is probably going to come out with a kit for it, charging 5 or 6 grand for boost.
n20 badge just screams pull me over officer please! and write me a ticket for having n20.

 

It should have a cobra mustang supercharged motor in it. rear wheel drive and very light car. I can just imagine the smoke from burnouts.

 

I can't believe that... Why dont they bring something real to the table. That POS is just a F&F wannabe.

Why couldn't they put the contour SVT motor in it and force feed it. That car would kick butt... and for once be a contender instead of a great handling slowmobile.

damn kinda dissapointed in saleen, been a fan for a while got a saleen mustang along with the wrx and love it just as much. how well you think they will see? you think we will start seeing kids in these things thinking there bad *** and trying to race all the other cars? i wish saleen would stick to the mustang, now im going to feel bad when i beet it in the suby cause its a saleen..

Yeah man, I just lost some respect for Steve Saleen....he should stick to the Mustang as u said, plus he shoulda never gotten rid of the S351 or the SR, but maybe drop the price on them a little....they were WAY to expensive and in the end, u got a sweet crazy *** almost one of a kind mustang on crack....which a sh!+ load of hp. I still want an S281E......425hp/400+tq, that would be nice....but to hell with this focus....in fact....all foci or whatever the hell u wanna call the plural form of the focus, except for the Cosworth...which we dont have.
