I've attempted it 3 times and so far spun out every time. The third time I made a full lap though before it spun it.

Darn that final test in the Jeff Gordon NASCrap thingy. Just a little bump you make to the wall or another car and DQ. But in a real race it's ok. Took me about 20 tries just to get clean past the group.

As soon as I turned off the abs, I had no trouble completing the race. I think I only had to restart 3 times due to running into the backs of the other cars when entering turn 3.

Yup, did the same thing. Still my over-aggressive driving killed me.

Completed it in First. The full suspension made a difference. I almost lost it a couple times, but was able to hold on.

Here is a pic of me passing the last car on the last corner on the last lap. Used every bit of track and non track as I could cause I blew the corner 2 corners before.

Yea, trying to thread the needle is rough, I had to let off the gas. The Indy race was far easier. I finished with over a second lead.

Looks like I'll have to buy full suspension for the RX-7.
The Indy race was definitely easier although I thought I'd have an easier time with Daytona since it's a faster track, hardly any slowing down. I think it's the AI cars.

Yea, I at first had the front sway bar stronger to counteract the natural rotation. But it was to strong and the front tires were sliding too much, too much understeer. Set both front and rear to 4 and then I set the rear toe in .25.

What I have noticed is you can see the camber on the car. My front camber was -3.5. Haha
