chp pulled me over and said that i had a modified exhaust, tinted front windows, spt intake with the a.r.b sticker. he did not issue me a ticket he also educated me on how filter is illegal and not the actual intake -__-. told me to park it and not to drive it and to correct them as well.

i have a gimmick catback and i thought it was super quiet.

chp are all f-ing retards. if your exhaust is under 95dbs at 3k rpm its legal. you can get it tested from your local chp office for future and if your intake doesnt have the carb sticker posted on your engine bay he technically can state ref you however if the intake is carb legal you can get it cleared at the testing facility or maybe even your local chp. if the intake is carb legal id get the sticker asap just to be safe, as far as the filter goes hes just stupid. front windows are illegal period.

 

Borla hush and Maddad whisper(I use this) are very quiet on normal cruise even catless. Id suggest those if you're really worried and take the front tint off.
