No need to lie, my neck and back have been hurting. And its 0% my fault, 100% his. He said he dropped something and when he looked up I was stopped. I wonder if I should tell him about the pain stuff when I see him in class tomorrow...

in that case definitly go get checked out, did you get apolice report, you cant imagine how much easier claims go when you have a police report on your side!

No police report, the my insurance said one wasnt necessary. The story the Allstate lady told me was pretty much what happened, so he admitted fault to them already so I think Im ok.
