God D**m Piece Of S**t Windshield...

Sorry, just needed to rant. I was fixing a small chip in the windshield from this last track day, then CRACK! @$#)_$@)#($*@)_#($* Now I have two spider cracks right above where I look out the windshield.

I'm not going to do it right now but does anyone know where to get a new windshield, how much, and how much for install? Also any lightweight glass or lexan that would work?

Bad day...
Evan

I just replaced my windshield. Such a waist of money. I've never had a car windshield break. Then I always hear of Subaru's having this problem and the first one I buy gets a busted windshield three weeks after the purchase date.

I also had a windshield installed by Premier Auto Glass. I'm skeptical about using them again though after that other thread about the problems that one guy's having. They were definitely priced right though...I think I paid $175 cash. They did a great job on my car and I didn't have any problems recommending then, but who knows now.

Oh man...

I left Elmer a voice mail on his cell, no call back yet. The office #: 408-943-1200 is not a working #

I don't know. Elmer's been cool with me and I had my passenger side window fixed when someone broke into my car while I was at work.
