GB/MPJ = Yay!

I just wanted to comment here as people are often asking about shops and stuff. They did a lot of work on my '95 L coupe and gave me a great price even though they had to spend a lot of extra time on it. The car looks/drives great, they did an excellent job.

Big thanks to Gino and Soren and all those guys. I promise the 30k service on the '03 will be easier...

Hmm. So uhhh. So what? And then? Does this mean that people can't post threads here saying how cool they are when "it's already been known for years" and stuff? Maybe you should post a sticky! I don't see how you are trying to help.

I was thinkin why not just add to one of the multiple threads about their work, that's all.

That's what the Reviews section is for. It's a central place where members can post detailed reviews (good or bad) about a Vendor experience. MPJ/GB Performance already has more positive reviews than just about any official i-Club Vendor, and for good reason.

What people like to read are reviews that give enough detail about a particular transaction or mod install to help them decide whether or not that Vendor should get their business, so a ten-word paragraph that says nothing other than "mad props YO, best vendor on teh i-Club, ownz all!!!1!!!" doesn't really help their business.

That's Hot! Now I know it's there. Look... Before this, I had no idea there was a reviews section. I know it's an I-Club Member Coolness Code Violation to not have 7867834389723 posts or to spend 37 hours a day here and stuff - so I know it's my fault that I didn't know of the review's existence. I appreciate YOUR message pointing to the reviews in a friendly way - you probably get irritated with people like me who don't automatically know they are there.

I took the "wtlw" BS as serious as it needed to be taken. Usually I ignore that crap, but since I was bored - I played along. Fun weeee!

I mean, I came here to post some good words about a good shop run by good people. Didn't think with all the seriously questionable posts that pop up on this board that it would be taken any way other than positively.

Haha.. Like with so many other things: Oh well.
