man, I drive a 90 maxima SE 5 speed with 113K, my best I ve gotten the last year was 473 miles on approx 18 gallons, thats approx 26.2 mpg I can consistently get over 400 miles on a fill up that averages 16-17.5 gallons. I am considering getting a wrx wagon to replace it, it seems more often than not, people are getting lower than the 22-27 rating.

My maxima makes so much torque that I am usually in 5th gear by the time I am over 35mph. But I wonder if most of these figures from the wrx guys are with the AC on or not.
