as for where he was...I'm not sure..think somewhere around grimmer...Bay St. Coffee. He was on his way there to grab a sandwhich.
As for our precinct being broke...right. That's pretty funny. That's why they have brand new vehicles to nail you with. new unmarked cars, trucks...etc. They have enough money that they don't need a ***** like Rossetti on the streets.
