my buddy got popped by rossetti today.

he drives a 1963 Chevy belair.

what for..loud exhaust...heavens no. Speeding...no way.

Fricking got nailed for being to low. He proceeded to add no front lisense plate and made him pop his hood.

Hello...63....smog exempt.

such crap. I hate that bastard. useless.

oh...he also added that wonderful penal code that says he can't drive it until it's been cleared. Awesome.

i say we KILL HIM! cops like that deserve to get shot... sadly tho its always a good cop that takes the hit, cause there the ones taking the real calls unlike this *****

its because he has a small *****, and used to be a high school bully, and now he can't get any job other then being a power tripping cop.

I saw we follow him home from work, then egg the **** out of his house and car. ;x

 

nah he takes way to much pride im ****ing with people if he wanted of real use hed take you down for not signaling, speeding, exp tags, being blond ect.

Hey, you have to understand. Things are tight around the precinct. The're so broke they
can only afford 1 donut per cop!

Serisously, I hate these kind of fundraising chichen S tickets. Cops already have the criminals
hating them. Why go and **** off the people who would otherwise be on their side.

I wonder what the law says about being able to look under the hood. I wonder if that is
considered illegal search. Is having a loud exahust considered probable cause?
Or is it one of those things where the cop says "sure you can refuse the search, I'll just
call the tow truck and you can come pick your car up tomorrow at the impound yard".

The law used to state that the bottom-most part of the car may not lie lower than the bottom of the rim.

If you have plus-sized wheels, you can theoretically lower your car more.

I think they might have changed the law to not allow you to change the ride height of your vehicle at all.

Oh dam... that sux. Was he on motorcycle or in the big cop SUV? I saw Rossetti at the intersection of Grimmer / Automall last week. I was stopped at the light on Automall (going towards 880) in the right lane up at the front just sitting there..... ....He was on Grimmer stopped at the light facing south (to my right). He was straight HELL of muggin my car, probably cause I have no front plate. Once his light turned green he gunned it down Grimmer looked like he was gonna flip a b1tch. Finally my light turned green and I flew down the 880N onramp and onto the freeway.... thank god that guys not CHP.
