I'm very addicted. Although it's not quite as good as a GT game. i still love it. I'm already up to level 28. Would be further, but spend too much time putting vinyl on cars.
Great car damage. Probaby the coolest thing abbout the game.

I am up to level 16, it's getting harder to make money and win races. Game has a great level of difficulty even at intermediate. Lovin it so far! Blingus sent me an EVO! Woot.

Is there any way to paint your rims custom colors?

Not everyone agrees. And by your posting it would seem we having been playing race sims about the same amount of time.

You need to have aftermarket rims in order to paint them.

I kinda agree with Gagan on this one.... the physics on FM2 is no where close to driving a real car...

the closest thing to driving a real car on a console is GT4 with economy or comfort tires... thats how a car with street tires feel to me...

And I totally respect your guy's opinions. I haven't really driven any of these cars in real life but very few but at least to me, it feels real with the driving aids taken off and the game on Pro. Maybe you guys are using driving aids and are on intermediate or something and it feels less real to you? I don't know?

I know I really do like this game though. It could always be better though!

I turn everything off, but leave ABS on on forza, since forza thinks not having abs means the brakes 100% lock when you press on them

I think it's great you guys like the game, but it's not for me. And the issues he was having with the car tuning was pretty much what i talked about on pg1 and pg2, so i was just relating to his frustration.

It's an awesome looking game.

i know, whats with that braking on ice when your ABS is off? you think with the XBOX trigger, it could modulated the lever, not just 100% on or 100% off like it does.

I found that to be the case in PGR too. I thought they were touch sensitive like the PS2 controllers. Or at least more so than they are.

The triggers are analog, but seems the F2 isn't coded to use the brakes in such a manner when the ABS is turned off. It made life hell and I thought I was just a ****ty gamer until i realized it was the game. Once i flipped ABS back on, it was braking correctly.

I use brake pulsing combined with gas blips and it works fine for me?
