1 ask for a trial

2 ask for a radar reading

3 injen cold air is carb legal for 2002 to 2004 wrx sedan and wagon, injen part number should be RD1200, you can contact injen and get a carb number or I can help you get one.

4 exhaust is carb legal and is under 95 DB you can have the car refed or tell the judge that you can ref it if needed.

5 stop speeding on pulic roads, that is just a bad idea specially at your age.

First and foremost....trial by written decloration.

If you had a passenger have them write down what happened and their name, etc. Then you write down what happened. Right why you think the ticket was wrong and what's wrong about it. Focus on the mistakes he made and lack of proof...assumption of guilt, etc. Then go to where he wrote the address of the ticket was. Take PHOTOS.

Include all of this with your trial by written decloration.

Most likely it'll get tossed out.

If not you can still go to court and pleed innocent. Then present that same evidence to a judge.

That's 2 opportunities for the officer not to show and for a judge to see the errors made.

This is definately a beatable ticket.

Bring paperwork for db level and paperwork for Injen. Looks like the rest will be a sticky issue for you. Some courts you walk in and it's 1st come 1st serve. That's the way it went for me the last time I got a fix it in 1999. Check in at the desk and they'll take your info then you go in with your fellow felons and wait to be called.

Good luck.

you got a speeding and some mods ticket, you are not a felon and dont think that you are some criminal, just go in and handle your business. There is nothing to be scared of, if you win you win, if you loose than oh well , lesson learned. As you may be able to tell I have done this a few times and each time some douche bag cop tried to imply that my loud exhaust or a little heavy right foot was a greater cause for concern than looking bin f ing Laden, than I made sure that they he was put in his place. Worse case you get a ticket or you dont drive for a few months, but that is no reason for a cop to give you BS tickets. This does not imply that you call cop pigs or act tough, it means you respect the law but at the same time make sure that you dont get run over by people who in the name of law harrass and use their position to implement laws pretty much made to insure their own salary gets paid.

CF hood and trunk will really tell the cops you are a street ricer....save your money for some real mods

If you go to Ticketassassin.com, it will walk you through the whole process, with arguements for various situations. Of course, the provisional license thing may prohibit trial by written declariation.

Either way, there should be a phone ## for the court clerk. Call them and they can walk you through what you need to do. Ask if you can do a trial by written declariation for your ticket.

Good luck...and ya, Sh1tcan that intake. You dont need an intake, especially untuned.
