I think I spent less time on the road driving to work than those guys driving to shows every weekend...
That's some funny stuff.

1. No, not every car that is pre 1976 has a huge blower on it.

2. Yes it is probably true that there are more cars made from the first car till 1976 than there are catless Subarus. Interesting point.

3. Do you really think most pre 1976 'show cars' cars are driven to shows? Are there car shows every day? Do you NOT drive your car every day or at least every week? WTF? Haha..

Most older muscle or show cars are rarely driven, if at all. I have seriously never heard anyone suggest that older, well cared-for smog excempt cars were a problem. I think unkempt pre 1976 cars that belch out smoke or aren't tuned because they don't have to pass smog would be more of a problem.

This thread is one of the funniest I have seen in a long time tho. Serious entertainment. "1 person VS i-club.." That's classic!!

Hmm..

1. never said every car.. you're blowing it out of porportion.. it was a figure of speech...

3. you're thinking about the "classic" ones.. there are plenty of people who drive pre-1976 cars crusing around... and please learn to read.. I said EVERY WEEKEND... and again, it's just an exageration... I don't know how you read EVERYDAY out of it.. maybe my monitor is out of calibration..

As for trailer queens... most of my friends who own muscle cars drive their cars..
they're not 50 who just tow their cars to shows...

There are plenty of old junkers roaming the street smogging up the place.. I personally don't really care. I was mearly replying to above posts that points fingers at WRX drivers who are catless..

Thats all I did when I got my ticket...waited for it to come in the mail, paid the "uncorrected" amount ($280-$300) and still registered my car. All they want is your money.

I was replying to what you said, not what you may have meant. Only in fun, because I thought your post was funny. Anyway, this post makes even less sense than the funny one, and it's not very funny.

I need to learn to read because I exaggerated your exaggeration? I guess that's sorta funny.

Cheers,

-Jacob

well the first post was suppose to be funny, but then I guess it's not too funny. I think this whole thread is funny, but some people don't think it's funny, so I guess people's funny levels are different. But this post is getting more and more un-funny, so I'm trying to make it funny, but not sure if it's a good idea to have so many funny posts in a thread that was funny but now not funny.

but I guess all in all I have to agree.. it is sorta funny..

Regards,

Tommy

WRX owners running catless is pure selfishness, and nothing more. I can see SOME instances of the poor with old junky cars not being able to afford a new cat, but I don't think we have that case here.

Really, just run a cat or two...it won't kill your horsepower.
