meh, its not really that bad, all final gear really did was sort the shows nicely by season/episode but then all it did was link to the torrentfreak or wherever torrent. the only extra step now is you just have to go directly to torrentfreak or wherever and type in whatever top gear episode your looking for yourself.

the TG aired on bbc america is edited. apparently some of the music and other parts are taken out due to copyright crap here in the states.

Well...Thats why they took it down. Offering the resources for pirated media/material is also a violation of the DMCA act. Such like any other torrent database or online forums with file hosting share files. Offering downloading links to attain pirated and protected media is against the DMCA act. It acts as a source, and the purpose is to stop all sources where applicable. Of course it gets more into detail depending on the premises of the domain, like how TPB is protected now from DMCA threats. (*used to be an anti piracy analyst/private internet investigator).
