Feeling minor shaking during hard brake.

is this normal in an 04' wrx? is it serious or is it ABS?

Try it without your ABS fuse and you'll know for sure.

I feel the same thing, so I would think it is normal. Could always be a warped rotor though. Might want to check it out...

if it's shaking it's probably the rotors. it's ABS related if your brake pedal is pulsating like crazy. the rotors on the WRX are poo - mine are all messed up

ya if its pulsating and u can kinda feel the brake pedal clickin then its ABS, but if its just shakin ur car around a little bit then u have warped rotors. did u overtighten the lug nuts before?

Its warped rotors, take it to the dealer and they will resurface them for you even if you are mildly modded.

yep i agree take it to a dealer, they're remarkable understanding about these stock rotors warping.
