Failed Smog, advice needed

I just passed with a fmic, 30r, headers, no tgv', and lots more stuff, all i did was put on a stock down pipe and i passed hella easy

I have a Turbo XS turbo back exhaust with a cat. The original cat failed after a year so I replaced it (sorry can't remember what brand). You may have driven the car for an hour but you need to drive it hard to heat up the cat. I passed no problem. Of course if your cat is toast, you are wasting your time. Mine rattled like crazy, every time I turned the car off, I could hear it.
