Ever gotten a flat on a new tire?

Well needless to say it happened to me. Less then a month on my new falken st115's and i have a damn flat. Walked out after class greeted by my Work rim almost sitting on the ground. Just wanted to rant, i need to get it fixed asap. Has this happened to anyone? If only it would've happend on my old set i wouldn't be so pissed. hopefully i won't have to buy a new tire.

tip - make sure your spare is inflated $#@

Happened to me last week on my week old Sumitomos. It was a nail.

makes me think i should buy tire protection plan on my next set...rt615s or anything with that sticky icky rubber picks up all kinds of road crap, chances are within the years you have em ur bound to pick sumthin up that kills your tire...

if theres no nails in it you might have a Bead Leak.. or a leak in ur valve stem..

i couldn't find any nails so a leaky valve stem might be the culprit. I checked the tire pressure on that tire the day before and it was fine, makes me think i ran over something.

take the wheel off the car, pump it up to 35 psi...dunk the tire in water...look for bubbles. easiest way to find a leak
