Drink tons and tons of water and Gatorade. Nearly all food poisoning deaths are caused from excessive dehydration. Food poisoning is caused by E coli and you body is trying to repulse it. It will do this first by puking, etc... then you'll get a hellacious fever. Start prepping for high temps by drinking a lot and taking Ibuprofen. See a doctor ASAP to get on some antibiotics too.

You don't want anyone to say it but that's exactly what I did. Pooped and puked for about 5 hours straight, ate an apple, slept for another 4 hours, got up again, took a shower, started drinking again, ate some more, then felt fine. You just gotta work it out of your system.
