emissions levels

Everybody what is the min emmisions cars must meet to pass smog.
Is there a link with the acceptable min limits. I was looking under CA DMV and ARB and EPA but it was nothing like what I am looking for.

Any ideas links? CA or federal will do. Actually I would like both.

You can find the requirements by vehicle on the Arb site.
It will take a ton of searching to find what you want, they are, uh, poorly organized.
What exactly do you want to find?
Requirements for a WRX to pass smog?

nope it has nothing to do with our cars. I am just doing a bit of research for emissions levels between CA and federal and actually overseas.

I did find the producing emmisions per car but this is not really what I want. I am looking what is the max level of emmisions that a car must meet in order ot pass testing. I know they are on a smog certificate but I have not smogged a car for the last 3 years so I do not have the old ones.

my frineds old accord just failed by like a tiny bit and i heard what they said the minimum was, but i cant remember what it was...
