Eating cheaply
Every morning I make a shake with one raw egg, goats milk, coconut oil, flax seed, berries, honey and some ice. That with a cup of tea and orange juice and I'm hydrated and good until lunch.
Lunch is, because of work, generally the meal that I eat out for.
Dinner is a lot of lamb, chicken and red meat (probably twice a week) and fish at least one night. Go with whole wheats when you can, more proteins. Couscous is also much better for you than rice.
Buy those massive packs of chicken breasts, throw one or two each in a ziplock bag and freeze them. Before you leave for school/work in the morning set it in the sink and you've got dinner thawed out right there. You can get a ton of chicken breasts for cheap as ****.

a PBJ sandwich and 2 glasses of milk will keep me going for HOURS...also use honey if you plan to do physical work.
