Where to get Bumper for 98 Forester (cheaply)?
Posting this for a friend, they have a beat up 98 Forester that needs a new front bumper. Anyone know where to get one or order one for a good price..? Here is what it looks like:

From the look of that, it won't simply buff out. You're looking at a minimum of a new fender, headlight assembly, grille clips, bumper clips, bumper, bumper retainer, slider and mud guard, among other things. The hood *might* be salvageable, but that would depend on just how much they're needing to skimp.
