Earthquake...

Did anyone else feel the earthquake at 9:45ish AM, cuz no one else at my work seems to have notice it so I think I'm going paranoid.

Some links I use. We are at the end of the San Andreas here in Eureka and we get earthquakes about once a month around 4-5.

Oh good...I wasn't paranoid after all. It went by so quick and for a moment I thought someone backup out of the parking lot into my work's building.

There are many earthquakes everyday due to plate movements, it's just a matter of feeling it or not. No need to be paranoid since smaller magnitude earthquakes doesn't mean the big on is coming.

You can think of it this way, more smaller quakes can be releasing the stress built up within the fault and the big one won't come.

I grew up in Minnesota where we worry about tornados, blizzards, and tornados during a blizzard so earthquakes freak me out and for how long I've been in Cali (norcal and socal), I haven't ever felt one distinct enough to know.

Earthquakes are part of living in cali, just get used to them. only 1 out of like 1000 do any damage. A 3.5 is NOTHING. Just wait until you fells a 5 or a 6. Easpecially the kind that shake and not roll. The Rolling ones are kinds fun. Like the 89 quake I was riding my skateboard in Richmond when that quake hit. It made me fall of my board and I was liek wtf m8?!?!
