Mccarthy and Montague Chevron in San Jose has one I pass it all the time also has bio diesel. Also there is one off of of W street in Hayward its right off of 880 I believe its a Valero.

A street in hayward is not a propel last time I checked. I wouldn't buy their E85.

Yup thats how most of the STIs I see on the highway are doing under 65. I love my GMC its my family's work truck that thing sits so low on the rpms like 1,300 rpm around 60.
