And the Dumb ***** Award goes toooooo.....
I have worked with bears before, in a zoo in fact. Ive had my arms around a 1100 pound grizzly's head, to hold it steady while they did teeth work (bear was on tranqu's of course) Like I said, at one time I wanted to work with bears for a living.
Not really, other than my almost unhealthy obsession with bears. Don't know why, even as a little kid I was facanated by them. I mean, think about it, the top 3 largest land predators on earth....are all ursine. (polar bear, Kodiak bear, grizzly bear, then brown bears, and our first non bear the lion comes in 5th in size)
Which VMware product? VI3? What SAN are you using? A couple years ago I implemented VI3 with dual ESX hosts sitting on an EMC AX4 SAN. After that, I migrated all the IT servers (except for Exchange) over to the ESX cluster, and I've been very impressed with it -- no problems since the migration/implementation.

I grew up in the wildeness and what most people have said about leaving them alone and they leave you alone is true. I had bears bob cats etc in my yard on a daily basis. Its what happens when you build houses on their land. Respect them they generally respect you and ya don't mess with a mammas cub.. My family used to always hunt as well for all game and it was all done with a bow. It was how we were all raised to hunt. First time I ever had store bought meat I was well in my teens.
To be fair, both Kodiak bears and Grizzlies are just sub species of the brown bear. They differ in diet, and coloration, but their general genetic makeup is the same.
Just like polar bears are only slightly different from brown bears, the most striking of this is the black skin, and clear (yes its clear not white!) fur they have. However down at a genetic level you can trace polar bears right back to the north American brown.
