I would LOVE to keep it under 1k shipped/installed. I am about a month out from getting new tires as the budget now is 0.
I REALLY like my RE750's on my wagon. They are more of a:

1. Treadwear
2. Stiff Sidewall
3. Wet traction
4. Dry traction
5. Comfort
6. Noise

type of tire. I have like 10K miles on them now and they look better than S-03's at 2500 miles. In 235/45/17 (perfect stock 05-07 STi size) they go for about $150.00 each on tire rack. They also have a huge rim protector strip which i could see saving ppl alot (I learned my lesson years ago so i never curb wheels anymore) I am really into the Bridgestones over most other tire manufacturers because of the ultra stiff side wall most of them have and just that you reall get what you pay for.
