Sisqocqk, if you think you might have a need to borrow a voltmeter, lemme know. I've got mine at my brother's house and I'm probably dropping by there Thursday anyway.

If you dont have a multimeter, swap out a similar relay from another system to test the horn relay system. Also, have you tried putting some 12v juice right into the horn system, just to make sure the horns actually blow?

i never tried hooking up the horns directly because my 15amp fuse never blew and i have that to protect the horns. This JUST happened as i got hit so im assuming there's a sensor or relay in the bumper of some kind. Im going to ask the mechanic at the bodyshop today... im sure they'll have an answer for it.
