does anyone in nor cal vape/e cigs

Local shops tend to mark-up up to 200% on the hardware and at least 50% mark-up on the juice! However, if you're new to this they can be a good source of help. My friends went to the place in Redwood City and seemed happy. Expect to pay around $50 for a brand name starter kit from your local vape shop. You could pay less if they use non-branded stuff. And do yourself a big favor, stay away from China e-liquids with no brand name. Those tend to be the worse and will not help with quitting regular (analog) cigs. Mt. Baker Vapor is a good place to start with looking for USA e-liquid. They're cheap and ship to bay area in 2-3 days since they're in WA. Lots of fun flavors. You can even buy the hardware from them if you want. Buy one or two Kanger EVOD clearomizers ($4.50each), a Smoktech passthrough 900mah battery ($19), and some e-liquid ($5+); you are then ready to go!
Thanks for the insight! I've yet to get to a shop but I feel like getting my first set up should be in the cards here in the very near future.

Got me some new vape mail!
Vaperev left it tumbling around, loose, inside the box... Little nicks and hairline scratches everywhere... The switch and the main tube. So sad, spend so much money on a mod and it was packed poorly. Even my clones were individually bubble wrapped...

looking at getting a new setup that has a digital display so I know exactly what I'm running. What do you guys recommend? Does anybody have one for sale? I'm down to start trying rebuildables and whatnot too. I'm still running my ego-c with a passthrough and an iclear30
Was also up in the air about getting a k100 or k101 or something similar.
I want to try to keep the price under $80
suggestions?

It looks easy to do but "let me tell you" its a perfected art that requires lots of practice. If you have the time and patience to learn how to do it. It will be worth while if you stick with vaping.
This guys youtube channel helped me along with video calls to sigma pi on the set up on how to prime the wick and coil.

I've been using a K100 that Sigma Pi had with a Genesis tank. Hits great but eventually I had to learn had to wrap once the wire gave up. There's silica or mesh that is wrapped with resistance wire.
