Yeah, there's not a snowballs chance in hell that I'm paying asking price, even if it is what they're advertising. I just don't want to spend half a day driving up and back, and getting bs'd along the way, if it's a total scam ya know. Personally, I still love the body style, and would probably go up to 11 if everything is on the up. Mostly because I still miss my first bugeye

For sure, I love my bugeye as well!... is the Blue Book even close to that price with those miles? I would at least make them go down to blue book. You can also request the dealer to pay to have the car inspected at a shop of your choice or you can pay for the inspection. Either way it's a good idea to have a set of unbiased eyes look it over...
My buddy went to check it out the other night, because he was looking for a Subie. Found one last night though.
But the one the OP posted, it looks worse in person. I think it's re-donk-ulously over priced. There was an issue with smogging the car. They only have one key for it, and it wasn't a Subaru key. It looked fake, almost. The rims hardly even look gold in person too. Almost like a silver/gold.
Car is definitely not worth it. I feel bad for who ever wants that car/buys it.

Edit: I think those wheels are like bronze rotas or something anyways. Even if the car came in with a set of goldies off an '04 STi someone in the garage would have taken them!

Counterpoint: One of our own I-club old-schoolers, Anthony just posted his 05 STI for sale for even less than this beat to s*** 03 wrx, yeah its got some miles but its easily way more car than this WRX mystery mileage mess here.
05 is the best year STI IMHO, if you're looking for ANY used WRX/STI this is the best deal your going to find!

Yeah but it probably had a consistent miles average. Some people have a spare fun car that they drive a couple thousand miles a year but generally speaking a car doesn't get 35k in it's first couple years and then 6k over 6 years unless it's A. been turned into a track car. B. Sitting/blown motor C. the person got a new job and didn't need it to commute anymore.
So to me there is a chance that it's legit but there's also a chance that it's not. That's scary. If they'll give you a warranty it may be worth it. But buying modded cars with an unknown history and a high price tag is sketchy.
