they were great for about a year or 2 on my wrx, but it seemed like they got really soft after a few years. . .

I've installed several sets, and at best, the springs were so so, according to the customer.
Had two sets collapse/sag w/in 1 week of install.

i had s techs on my wagon.... to low and a bouncy ride for me... stg2leg was right ... i switched to H Techs and it was a whole lot better.... not as low but still looks good and rides a hell of a lot better.

thread is a month old but, Sean do NOT get s.tech springs. The will totally ruin your stock struts. Save up a few more bucks and get the helix or megan racing street coil overs. Dan put some on his new forester and said they are actually not bad at all.

There is a guy in the classifieds selling a set of megan streets for $650 picked up. I'm half way tempted to get them myself.

Swifts are a much better spring for the STi.
