They cracked my lip and took 30 days to get me my car back cuz they couldnt seem to get it done right.

I did get a Legacy Wagon, Chevy Tahoe, and Outback Wagon as loaners though and had fun with all 3 of them

I also got a freshly painted bumper from it.

any time i take my 03 to a dealer i question the service dept. throughly first...santa cruz seems to be the only true dealership that won't lie to you...oh ya next time they drive your car without permission...ask to test drive a different model and beat the fuc**** sh** out of it...i had a similar incident with a aws prelude...so while they drove my car i drove a newer prelude and tested the e-brake several times...ya the tires had flat spots when i was done... it was a fair trade... dealers suck, half the service dept and sales staff don't even drive comparable cars to ours...thats why when they get in one they don't respect them..next time go to the highest manager in the dealer and demand compensation...tank of gas etc... i am a store manager and when peope ***** enough they always get what they want...

a loooooong time ago, in my toyota truck, after i just finished installing a 4 figure stereo system, i had to drop it off at the local toyota dealer to get some work done.

i drafted a letter asking the service writer and the service manager specifically saying that there is electronic equipment in the car and that they know about and that they will try their best to make sure it doesnt get stolen.

previously, i brought a previous truck to GRAND AUTO (remember them) and after a couple days, all of the stereo were stolen so i havent trusted anyone then...

i had the manager and service writer then initial and sign the paper.

since then, i made friends with them and got great service. but at least they knew i was serious and had nothing but good relations with the then fremont toyota...

Carlsen and Santa Cruz seem like the only two that currently have good reputations.
