I'm looking to take my car in before my warranty is up. My schedule is really off so i don't know when i'm exactly free. Do I need to bring in any paperwork? The previous owner didn't give me any.

The things i want to get checked out are the window squeak, a/c squeal, clutch shudder, and notchy 2nd gear shift.

Is she one of the people at Carlson that takes care of appointments by phone? I remember the very first time I scheduled an appointment there, a lady (girl?) left a voice mail on my cell, and the voice sounded extraordinarily cute. Too bad I could only save a voice message for 14 days.

 

anyone happen to know the service number? The website just has a online service appointment request form thats one week in advance and the number on there is the sales department.
