It can be an investment though depending on what color you chose to paint your car. With dark color cars, rock chips will appear more present because of the white chips. So spending the money to prevent the reason for repainting in the first place is not such a bad idea. If you painted your car a light color then I wouldn't worry about clear bra as far as hiding the damages go. Anyways, just somethings to think about that you do not notice until down the line.

Im sure you've seen WRB subaru's with rock chips up front, not too visible from far away but it gets clearer as you get closer. So clear bra is entirely up to you, depending on how safe you want to be . I have a darker blue.... and man it looks like a snow storm up front!

Yup, I know. Been there.

Did that short shifter work out ok for you??
