How else would they still be in business and afford to remodel their building?

Shut up.

They are not good at anything... You should be banned for even saying that!

They make money by ripping people off.

Because they have a prime location and there's not really another close subaru dealer(no close like the dime a dozen honda dealers), and the fact they are more than willing to screw and unsuspecting customer. I bought my 05 from them for straight invoice, and .9% financing, and extended warranty for $700 all on the VERY first 05 PSM wagon to hit the lot. I put the deal on the table, the saleman stuttered, I got up started to walk out, the manager came over looked at what I had written and said done. I honestly went there to see them squirm from a previous horrid experience they had given me when I was first looking. While I was filling out my paperwork I witnessed on of their salesmen close a deal for $43K OTD for an 04 STi to some young kid whose grandma was paying his $15K down, and they not only accepted the absurd MSRP, but the $9k markup on the window sticker, when there was an 05 sitting right next to theirs that would probably sell for less.

They aren't square with people, if they can get over on you, they will. No dealer sell a car and lose money, so milk them for anything you can. They get the cars for invoice plus incentives(kickbacks), so the most you should pay is invoice, even an STI(at least close to invoice considering the demand). If they won't do it there are plenty other dealers that will, and they know it.

i never dealt w/ them... but if they are gonna give an STI for free... i'll tell everyone how great they are!

but ya.. zoeb is right... i think one of zoeb's boyfriend works there -- that's why he's all protective.
