give it a week. or so.. or get one off of craigslist.. i got both of mine there and they were perfect.. working conditions,... i gave one to my sister and i sold mine.. and hers is still working... unless ur trying to get the 3g.. checkk craigslist for 3g people like to order 30 of them so they can sell them on eBay. and craigslist. etc... i found 2 new ones here in sac for 300 each. 3 g's brand new.. its a pretty good deal
