) he has in his life regarding his kid(s).On the note of being harsh on the guy, and the low blow comments - I'm just curious what makes each of you think that there isn't another side to the story? Perhaps - not judging - just maybe the other spouse is far more sane, honest and responsible. I'm not judging either way, just wondering if karma would kick him in the nuts so badly if he weren't doing SOMETHING wrong??
Eh, you can only ban someone so much. If he doesn't use a static IP address, and his IP pickup is dynamically set, he'd just have to reset his router, power start the modem, and he's grand =P

The Bad:
Threads have never bothered me before... This one does because it has touched most of the bay area shops, guys I know and trust, a socal shop, and even a shop in AZ.
I don't think I've even met him IRL. Most of you don't know me either. It is unfortunate for him that he doesn't have very many strong character witnesses on here.
Does this guy just want everybody to think he is cool?
What is he overcompensating for?
It seems he needs acceptance, and validation from his peers so much that he is willing to be a (poor)BS mechanic to pull that off. It shows ones level (lack)of maturity and is a clear symptom of poor self-esteem. I would suggest he get some counseling as the guy is rumored to have been through some stressful times.
The Good:
well there doesn't seem to be much. MOVING ON.... The question is, should some people be written off or can they be redeemed?
If redemption is possible... what would it take?
man up about what really happened? i.e. admit something along the lines of.. he just wanted a bad *** car and didn't care who he burned or trashed to get there...
apologize where applicable to the tuners and to the community in general?.. He can start with the users of at least three boards he has been on putting more nails in his coffin (i-club, nasioc, and a rukkus forum),GST and EQ. Then he can work his way down to Socal @ Cosworth.. Then he can head over to AZ to another shop he posted about who also was blamed for ruining his motor at some point.
could he then once again be accepted?
Resolution?
These words would probably be wasted on a guy who seems to think he can never be wrong but maybe he can wise up a bit and swallow some pride.
side note: Michael he talks a lot of crap about Ed @ Eq directly because of Ed's tuning methods. I want to vouch for Ed +1000 at this point. I paid Ed well spent money to do the road tune which made my motor run like a champ. The thing that got my goat is Michael said Ed tunes in school zones. How would he know? Ed didn't tune his car, and Michael never did a road tune so he can't say he knows first hand where Ed takes his drivers. I can speak from experience that the places picked where out in the sticks wayyyy out there. I don't remember seeing a single car out there the entire time.
The best performing and looking scooby won't hide your BS. Wise up broseph.

Or report a violation of TOS to his ISP. I had to do that once - the ISP in question shut off all internet access to the guy until it was resolved. It didn't help him that his internet based business was also disrupted, and his email wasn't coming in...
