oh... and I saw Bill mention that people must think he's an idiot... I don't think it's Bill that people think that about, it's the other guy. And idiot certainly isn't the word.
What a mess. Some of the stuff he was saying sounded about right and I've talked with him a few times over the months and it all sounded believable but when you read about the sheer number of shops it really hits a wall. It's like the guy who's wife dies and he goes on with life then another one dies and another one. Eventually someone goes... why does this guys wives keep dying of heart attacks. You can only pull the wool over for so long. This is a good lesson for everyone out there in the BAIC as well as the shop owners.
People need to realize that even though these are different shops you're bouncing around to most of these shops are friends or at the very least professional to each other. They will and do talk to each other.
Really sorry to hear all this stuff. I talked to him after the GST issues and it just wasn't reading right to me. Then with LIC... I mean seriously. That's two of the best shops in any automotive industry when it comes to guys trying to make customers happy.

yea people always lie about whp etc... if you are buying the car based on that you are an idiot. Should know enough to know what numbers are predictable and whats not. If someone says there car has way more hp but you know with the gas they use/turbo its not likely........wellllllllll
