i have some wax called liquid lustre that removes spray paint i can lend you some to see if it works...but WOW that guy is an idiot.....HAHAHAHAHA who the hell paints their shingles...HAHAHA

all you have to do is get a detailed weather report that says what direction the wind was blowing in around your area, and say you'll take him to small claims court
