Damn i hate idiots...
god, that sucks so hard...
something similar happened to me... but the dude ended up being really cool and paid for my damage.
i hope you get receipts for everything, police report, etc, and take him to small claims court and make his *** pay...
and he even had the ***** to deny it... what a retard.
hope you resolve it soon. nice rex, btw (well, before the paint splashes).

Nice custom black white spec pearl paint. its hot
Its good you got pictures. Same thing happened to my other car at work. The neighbor painted the side of his building. If my car wasn't black, I'd of drove off and never knew how it happened.
Cost $650 for complete detail (inside and out) and overspray labor charge in Burlingame. Should be easy to get off but usually they charge extra money for the extra overspray labor. Since the car is black they really need to get it right.
The neighbors place needs more than spray paint LOL. Do they have a riced out civic with spary painted bumpers as well. Would only make sense.

Does your neighbor own or rent?
If the police are willing to supervise info exchange, get the neighbor's home owner's insurance info, as it will **** him longer, harder, and deeper.
In an angry, prison **** kinda way.
I was gonna offer you my high speed military incindiary expertise, but I see that your dwelling is too close for that kind of action.

I went to like 3 body shops and picked out the most expensive one like what bluevirus said. And we are taking it to small claims court. The dude is a pain in the ***. damn I hate idiots haha.
Oh one more question. If any of you guys took your car to freddie before. you think he can take this off?

The nerve of some people of not taking any responsibility, especially in your case. Regardless of which way the wind was blowing at least offer an apology and help to clean it up! Damn, that would **** me off too. Whenever I spray paint something, I always make sure that the wind is not blowing around the paint and that overspray isn't getting on anyone's car.

goo gone.. the citrus version.
that works great for taking unwanted stuff off without taking your clear.
give it a good wash, clay bar, cleaner wax, then a nice 100% carnuba wax... it'll take a lot of work but totally worth it..
on a side note
pour a can of coke on their car. by the time it dries the acids in the soda will have completely taken off their clear coat.
****not that i condone this behavior, but some people need to learn****
