They admitted me. Something about kidney something or other because of dehydration.

I'm on continuous drip. Fever etc. hopefully I'll be good enough to go home tomorrow.

Yeah... quality steak can literally be eaten raw. I like mine a true medium rare. Pink in the middle. Bleeds a little. Not much.

Had a new york strip this weekend from a pretty nice spot. Well done. Tasted like crap. Was so overcooked it had that dirt texture.

Yep. Its the amount of pathogens introduced to ground beef that makes it not a good rare eat vs a nice steak.
I love my rib eye and sirlions cooked medium. Used to like medium rare but I'll leave my rare taste buds to the sashimi and pan seared ahi steaks

Doc just came in and said I can go home in about an hour! What a f'd up experience this was.

As soon as the nurse takes the iv out of
Me and all that, I'm going to ask if I can get points towards my hilton honors rewards program for my stay!
