usually u dont do this and just replace with plugs and wires ....but u check your wire resistance? sometimes JUST sometimes you can have a high res wire. otherthan that if u replaced everthing else with OEM, ya i cant think of anything else but fuel delivery. goodluck!

I had misfires on 1 and 3 for a long time. Problem turned out to be the timing belt skipped a tooth. Replaced the belt and everything else for a 90k service and turned out fine. Hopefully you wont have to go that deep, but if you're running out of things to check, may want to look into that.

Might be too late since you replaced a lot of stuff, and this may not even work, but swap the interchangable pieces from cylinder 4 to another cylinder and see if the misfire code changes?
Again I do not know if this is possible, just seems like a good idea in my head haha

thanks for the input fellas, ive been bugging XhengmanX for the past few days via txt and calls lol my plan so far still is checking injectors, if that fails leakdown test and maybe a valve adjustment....
