a fam i know that lives on Lorne heard their dog barking in the backyard this AM and the wife saw the perp straight up... alerted the police in their front yard down the street maybe 100 ft, literally almost right outside.

he went to the front yard (i think), confrontation happened (he still had 1 pistol), there was multiple shots fired, right in their freegin driveway.

about 3-4 bullets hit their house even, some in the garage. Someone was a bad shot, that's for sure from where the say the bullets struck the house.

and i also live literally 1 block from the cement plant and grew up most my life in Cupertino, there's definitely "ghetto" parts of Cupertino, no doubt.

good to know this is over, this guy had some serious issues in life, and he was no angel as other people say, he has criminal record. anyone see his tv show? he seeemed pretty out there and to me, pretty aggressive with his dialogue and body language. I seriously despise people who think they know people and try to defend their actions, especially actions like he took. If there is a hell, he's surely cookin...

 

So we can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing that our lives are now safe and we are free to go out of our houses without thread of being shot by the Crazy Cupertino Shooter.
