At best, she is just high as a kite and has NO idea what she is saying/doing.

At worst, she is suffering from extreme psychosis.

Both warrant a trip to a hospital or mental health institution - violence will solve nothing for her.

The only time I have used violence against a person who was obviously not in their right state of mind was when me and the wife were exiting BART in downtown SF and a homeless guy grabbed my wife; shook her while saying that she was 'possessed by demons.'

I put him in a headlock and had to get him to the ground before he would stop.

There is a line you can take with the mentally unstable - I draw it at: touching me or my wife. You can yell all you want, lay a hand on us and its lights out.
