I actually read almost all of his cool story up until this:
"The airbag light is on and the system will need to be reset at a dealer, and will likely be necessary for CA smog/inspection after transferring the PA title to a CA buyer. This is to be done by the buyer."
WTF? Why don't people know California law? Smog is the responsibility of the seller. I'm so tired of seeing this kind of stuff on CL. Anybody stupid enough to but a car without a smog cert deserves what they get.

Auto and salvage title though, but darn clean looking. LOL, automatic XT is not that rare.
