just cause u get caught doing over 100 doesnt mean they will write you up for going over 100. although 130 is excessive and you'd most likely get arrested.
I know several people that have been caught doing 100+ mph on 5 driving to/from LA and the CHP always marked it down to 99.

Think about it. When the speed limit was 55, most folks drove between 70-85 mph on 280. Now that the speed limit is 65, most folks drive between 70-85 mph on 280.
1) People do not expect or look out for vehicles traveling at triple digits, so regardless of your cars ability, it is not as safe as going with the flow of traffic.
2) The law which says you should stay right except to pass is not enforced in the United States. Driver's receive virtually no training before given a license to drive. Therefore driving autobahn speeds on 280 is not as safe as driving autobahn speeds on an autobahn.
3) It's fine if you don't care much for your life, but people I love drive 280 every day. Based on your posts, you will drive at whatever speed you want, fine. But I implore you to please be very careful driving triple digits on 280. Idiots will cut you off because they did not see you. Make sure you have plenty of life and the right amount of air in your tires.
